Directors’ Philosophy
• Aim to put actors first by tailoring activities based on the needs of the group as well as the individual
• Provide support through modeling, encouragement and positive director and volunteer interaction
• Challenge each individual actor in order that they may realize the full potential of their abilities
• Cast Participants in roles that are appropriate for the individual based on their skill sets
• Adapt roles to fit the particular talents and needs of each individual Participant
• Continue to maintain the integrity of the program by collaborating with the HPC under the advisement of the HAB and following the bylaws
• Providing opportunities for interested people to foster positive relationships with our specialized community
• Invite the community to share in our programs that showcases the talents and abilities of our Participants
